Take this gel with a full glass of water to start treatment and wash and dry the gels: Read the label and follow the directions. Apply the gel once a day. Follow the directions on the pack. How should I use Voltaren Emulgel?

Apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area. Do not apply to skin that has not been washed thoroughly. Apply to the gums, face, lips, eyes, and any other area of the mouth. You may wear a cotton swab or a gauze strip. Wash the area of the gums and face with water after applying.

Use the Voltaren Emulgel for the full amount of time it is recommended to apply, even if your symptoms disappear. Do not use for longer than 4 weeks at a time. How should I use Voltaren?

The recommended dose of Voltaren is 50 to 100 mg three times a day. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily.
